We are a fully USDA inspected facility with a poultry inspection plant number of 857 and a meat establishment number of 7906.

In conjunction with the USDA, Wholesome Foods, Inc. has implemented a HACCP plan. This plan employs the quality control and GMP processes to assure proper handling of all products in both processing and distribution.

Our HACCP plan includes a USDA approved and monitored and includes SSOPS. This program is administered by fully accredited employees who work closely with the USDA to assure that all parameters are met.

Second party food safety audits are conducted annually.
