Kunzler’s Smoked Hot Sausage is a coarse ground pork and beef sausage seasoned with a blend of cayenne and cracked red peppers and is known as our “Ragin’ Cajun” sausage (this product is quite spicy). This hot sausage is smoked while being cooked to give it a savory smoked flavor.
